Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Mighty Medicinal Mushrooms LLC is open for business  Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.  

• Orders received before 3:00 PM Mountain Time  (MT) are typically processed and shipped the same  business day.  
• Orders received after 3:00 PM Mountain Time  (MT) will be processed and shipped on the next  business day.  
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be  processed and shipped on Monday. 
• If Monday falls on a Federal Holiday, weekend  orders will be processed and shipped on the next  business day, typically Tuesday.  

While most orders ship according to the schedule above,  occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier  interruptions, inventory availability, or other  circumstances beyond our control.  

Shipping Carriers

We utilize trusted shipping partners, including:  

• United States Postal Service (USPS) 
• UPS 
• FedEx  

Carrier selection may vary based on destination, package  size, and shipping method selected at checkout.  

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email  confirmation containing your tracking information. Please  allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within  the carrier’s system. 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout the United States.  Additional shipping destinations may be added in the  future.  

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping  information at checkout. Mighty Medicinal Mushrooms  LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or  additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or  incomplete addresses provided by the customer.  

If you discover an error in your shipping address, please  contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable  effort to correct the information before the order ships.  

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier,  delivery times are controlled by the carrier. While we will  gladly assist in tracking and investigating shipment issues,  Mighty Medicinal Mushrooms LLC is not responsible for  

carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, theft,  weather-related disruptions, or other events outside our  control.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your  purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of  delivery under our Love It or Your Money Back – 30- Day Satisfaction Guarantee.  

To request a refund:  

• Contact our customer support team within 30 days of  receiving your order.  
• Provide your order number and a brief explanation of  your experience.  
• Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis  to ensure fair and reasonable application of this  guarantee. 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of  payment.  

This guarantee applies to purchases made directly through  the Mighty Medicinal Mushrooms website and is limited  to one refund per customer per product.  

Mighty Medicinal Mushrooms LLC reserves the right to  deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud,  excessive refund activity, product misuse, or fraudulent  claims.  

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:  

• Return requests must be made within 30 days of  delivery.  
• Products must be returned in their original packaging.  
• Products must not be damaged due to misuse,  neglect, or improper storage.  
• Proof of purchase may be required.  

Dietary Supplements & Consumable  Products

For safety and quality-control reasons, we generally  cannot accept returns of products that have been fully  consumed.  

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect,  please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will  work quickly to resolve the issue.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders If you receive:  

• A damaged product 
• A defective product 
• The wrong item 

Please contact our customer support team promptly and  provide:  

• Your order number 
• A description of the issue 
• Photographs of the product and packaging when  applicable  

Upon review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or  refund at our discretion.  

Refund Processing 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of  payment. 

Please allow:  

• 3–10 business days for refund processing after  approval.  
• Additional time for your financial institution to post  the credit to your account.  

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable  unless the return is due to our error.  

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:  

• Products damaged by misuse or improper handling • Products returned beyond the stated return period • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items (if  designated as such) 
• Gift cards 
• Products that present health or safety concerns  Return Shipping Costs 

Unless the return is due to an error by Mighty Medicinal  Mushrooms LLC, customers are responsible for return  shipping expenses.  

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we  cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without  tracking confirmation.
